We would just like to remind customers that since the 21st of July 2011, JIRA 3.13 is no longer supported by Atlassian. Sorry for the belated announcement however customers can keep track of upcoming EOL's here.

For those still in maintenance you have a free upgrade to the lastest release - JIRA 4.4, which includes some exciting new features.

For those out of maintenance please note that due to large changes in JIRA 5.0 there will not be a direct upgrade path from 3.x to 5.x. You will first need to upgrade your 3.x to 4.x, and then upgrade 4.x to 5.x.
