Problem

When you want to add a link to an Issue, a pop-up screen appears. However, the bottom of the pop-up, including the Link Button might be out of the screen.

Environment

• Web Browser - Mozilla Firefox
• Web Browser - Google Chrome

Cause

In smaller screens like 15.6 inch Full HD Resolution, the text appears very small when the windows screen text size is set to 100%.

Workaround

• Open Firefox
• Enter the following in the URL: about:config

• If the warning message appears, click on the button I'll be careful, I promise!

• Search for the following: layout.css.devPixelsPerPx

• Edit the value to something lower than the existing and see if the JIRA popup appears properly now.

• Open Google Chrome

• Click "CTRL" + "-" keys to make screen smaller so all the buttons shown.
