Symptoms

After clicking 'Next', you will be redirected to a blank page. Besides, the following WARN appears in the atlassian-jira.log:

2013-12-17 08:03:38,965 http-bio-8615-exec-23 WARN sysadmin 483x559x1 isz5na 0:0:0:0:0:0:0:1 /secure/admin/CsvSetupPage.jspa [imports.csv.web.CsvSetupPage] Redirecting to unsafe location 'http://localhost:8080/secure/admin/CsvProjectMappingsPage!default.jspa?externalSystem=com.atlassian.jira.plugins.jira-importers-plugin:csvImporter' using getRedirect(String). This will not work in JIRA 6.0: use getRedirect(String,boolean) instead.

Cause

The Base URL is not set correctly. 

Resolution

Update the Base URL in Administration >> System >> General Configuration.
