Can not log out of JIRA when accessed through proxy
Symptoms
Users can not log out of JIRA. Restarting JIRA does not help. Deleting cookies does not help. Setting a shorter session timeout does not help.
Diagnosis
User is accessing JIRA via a proxy which uses Basic Auth.
Cause
JIRA is using the basic auth credentials to sign in.
Unable to render {include} The included page could not be found.
Workaround
Configure Apache httpd to not pass Authorization headers:
httpd.conf
RequestHeader unset Authorization
