Symptoms

When the user creates a Crucible review from the source tab of an Issue for a certain project, the review gets created under the wrong project. You will see that the Application Link and even the project link are configured perfectly fine and still the problem exists.

Cause

The project link between the Tools (JIRA and Crucible) is lost at finding the correct project name to populate the data (possibly cache-related).

Resolution

To fix this you will have to recreate the project link. Delete it and it again and everything will be working fine.
