Symptoms

There are duplicate Hipchat items in your workflow post functions and settings pages. 

Cause

The HipChat plugin was manually installed. Starting with JIRA 5.0, the HipChat plugin has been bundled with JIRA. The manual installation of the HipChat plugin added a second set of HipChat options.

Resolution

• Uninstall the HipChat plugin

You will be left with the default bundled version of HipChat
