Error Message 'issue.CommentAssignIssue' not Found when Resolving an Issue Due to Links Hierarchy Plugin
Unable to render {include} The included page could not be found.
Symptoms
When resolving an issue, the following error appears:
HTTP Status 404 - Could not execute action CommentAssignIssue!default:Action 'issue.CommentAssignIssue' not found or could not be initialized a class with that name could not be found.<p><small><small><pre>java.lang.IllegalArgumentException:

Cause
An incompatible version of the Links Hierarchy Reports plugin is installed.
Resolution
This is a third party plugin and not supported by Atlassian. Remove this plugin from your JIRA installation or check the plugin's issue tracker.
