Symptoms

When using the GreenHopper Rapid Board, the menu is not working (freezes).

Cause

The problem relays in the Links Explorer HTML 5 version 2.0.1 or older.

Workaround

Go back to the home screen and use the menu from there.

Resolution

Update the Links Explorer HTML 5 plugin to the 2.0.2 version, which includes a bug fix for the conflict with the GreenHopper interface.
