Translations into languages other than English have been found to be incomplete within JIRA. Despite changing the UI language, some foreign words within JIRA are still appearing in English.

The translation of JIRA has recently been moved to being a community based project which will be hosted on https://translations.atlassian.com (TAC). Users are encouraged to provide translations on a communal base for JIRA in foreign languages within TAC and download the language pack to install within their instance.

Users are to visit the TAC page and look up their language (https://translations.atlassian.com). On this page users may offer input for translations of the given product
The language pack may be downloaded from here and installed into the users JIRA instance

  1. I think there would be some plugins will be available for the translation of other pages which will be very flexible and also translate without any error. As I am working as a writer in online essay review service I have been using some plugin to translate the essay reviews into other languages in JIRA other than english. But I have forget that name right now and also as it is in home and now i am in office it will be tough for me to get you the name so please search it by yourself.
