org.postgresql.util.PSQLException: ERROR: relation "public.AO_E8B6CC_ORGANIZATION_MAPPING" does not exist
  Position: 197'.

Cause

The AO_E8B6CC_ORGANIZATION_MAPPING table is from the JIRA DVCS Connector Plugin. Somehow this table is missing from the database causing the problem

Resolution

The table has to be re-created. Disabling/re-enabling the add-on will recreate the table

  1. Browse to *Administration > Add-ons > Manage add-ons*.
  2. Change 'User Installed' to 'All add-ons'.
  3. Filter by DVCS. This will display in the 'System add-ons' page.
  4. Disable the add-on.
  5. Re-enable it.
  6. Verify if the versions functionality is working

If this doesn't work, restart your JIRA instance
