Symptoms

Customizations to Velocity templates or other JIRA files are not included in the scope of Atlassian Support.

With reference to the screenshot below, user would like to change the Issue hyperlink from "Issues" to "Actions".

Workaround

  1. Open the JiraWebActionSupport.properties file and change following line as you need:

    gadget.issuetable.common.empty= No matching
{0}issues{1} found

    TO
     

    gadget.issuetable.common.empty= No matching 
{0}actions{1} found
  2. Restart JIRA.
