Symptoms

When a user tries to import from Redmine to JIRA, the list of JIRA projects do not populate. 

Diagnosis

This behaviour occurs on Redmine Importer Plugin version 1.0.7 on JIM 5.0.3.

Cause

JIRA is unable to retrieve its own project when there are multiple Redmine projects or sub-projects with the same name.  This is due to a known bug JIM-890

Workaround

Rename one of the Redmine projects or sub-projects so there are no two identical names.

Resolution

This bug has been fixed on the Redmine Importer plugin 1.0.8
