Symptoms

The Project Lead will not be saved when trying to edit it through the 'People' section, under Project Administration.

Cause

This problem happens because the Project URL contains an invalid value. This is usually due to a manual data manipulation on the database.

Resolution

Edit the Project URL to a valid value or remove it, making sure that there are no empty spaces on it.
