When creating a rapidboard in greenhopper,  an error occurs after fill out the project of the board:

Cause

The user doesn't have the Create Shared Objects in JIRA's Global Permission. This has outline in the latest Greenhopper documentation.

Resolution

Add the project roles, group or user  into the Create Shared Objects permission in JIRA's Global Permission
