Symptoms

When trying to share a dashboard with a group, the group is not shown in the drop-down list.

Cause

You are not a member of the group you are expecting to show up on the drop-down list. This is because you are only able to share to groups in which you are a member. 

Resolution

• Add yourself to the group you want to share the dashboard with. See Managing Groups for details.
