Problem

User installed add-ons is not showing in Add-ons > Manage add-ons if using Russian Language Pack

Diagnosis

Environment

  • Issue happens after upgrading UPM from version 2.17.x to version 2.19.x

Diagnostic Steps

  • Language pack is in use
  • When disable language pack, the add-ons can be seen

Cause

The language pack might be corrupted due to the updated UPM

Resolution

  1. Perform a full lock reindex once language pack is enabled
  2. Delete the existing language pack
  3. Reinstall the latest language pack accordingly to the version of your JIRA
  4. Restart the instance
