Symptoms

1. When create a new board with existing project but no option to choose the new project that just created.
2. Getting error message below when try to create project and board through Getting Started page as follow. The error message is similar to the problem in this knowledge article:
   
   

Cause

Although the error message was similar, however it was due to the missing of Browse Project permission in the Default Permission Schemes. When a new project created, it will assigned to the default permission scheme and thus it thrown error when try to create the board. 

Resolution

Make sure the user who want to create new project and board has the Browse Project permission in Default Permission Schemes.
