Improvements on estimate-based progress

You asked, we've listened! We've enhanced the functionality of estimate-based progress in this release.

In a nutshell:

  • The progress bar is now broken down into 2 colors: COMPLETED and REMAINING
  • Completed hours is the sum of the logged time for all child issues in To do and In progress status categories, and the total time for any child issues in Done status category.
  • Remaining hours is the sum of the remaining time for all child issues in To do and In progress status categories.

Learn more at Monitoring progress of work.

Portfolio teams in Jira gadgets

You can now visualize Portfolio team in your Jira gadgets. This helps you see how work is distributed among your teams, directly in your Jira instance.

You can also use other Jira gadgets, like the issue statistics gadget. Just make sure the gadget supports issue grouping by the team field in Portfolio. Learn more at Adding and customizing gadgets and Gadgets in Jira applications.
