This upgrade checker is nice, but still leaves confusion.  For example, I am on 3.4.9, checking for compatibility with 3.5.  It claims that my Documentation Theme plugin and Confluence PDF Export plugin are incompatible with 3.5.  Now perhaps these features are now builtin to the Confluence codebase in 3.5, I don't know.  But it is pretty obvious I think that both of these features would have to work in 3.5, or Atlassian would have a customer riot on their hands.  So if indeed they do work at the 3.5 level, something should be said on this page about it.

Another annoyance is that there is no link to the actual plugin page from the list of incompatible plugins.  I have to open another tab and list all of my plugins, then hunt down the incompatible one I'm interested in, then click the Plugin Details link.

Probably should have an Uninstall button on the list of incompatible plugins.  Why not?

This has gotten even worse.  I'm on 3.5.3 right now.  Checking plugin compatibility for 3.5.13, the Plugin Manager claims that 21 of our plugins are Incompatible with 3.5.13.  However, checking the plugin page by hand for each of these, I found that 19 of them are marked with green check marks as compatible with 3.5 and 4.0.  This is very very confusing.

I'm now on 3.5.13.  Might have been somewhat fixed, or at least, cleaned up.  Acting much saner now.

Not sure if I'm missing something but I've just updated my test site to v4 from 3.5.13 and I don't see the plugins section anymore on the left hand menu. Has it been relocated?

I wouldn't normally comment about older versions in the documentation page for the newer versions, but in this case, it really applies.

I am running 3.5.13.  The last couple updates of the Plugin Manager have broken the Confluence Update Check.  Before, I'd get a list of plugins that are "compatible once upgraded".  Most of my plugins fell into this category, so I'd only get a couple showing in  the "incompatible" section.  With the latest versions of the Plugin Manager, I now no longer get a "compatible once upgraded".  Now I get an "incompatible" list with 30 items in it!  This basically kills the entire point of the Update Check.
