How to share feedback on the service accounts EAP
Thank you for participating in our Early Access Program (EAP). Your feedback is invaluable to us and helps shape the future of our products.
You can share your feedback via our Jira Service Management Portal, or via Slack.
Share feedback through the portal
Go to our JSM Portal and log in using your credentials.
Select one of the following options:
Fill out the form with your feedback, including any issues, suggestions, or questions you have encountered during the EAP.
Attach any relevant screenshots or documents that can help us understand your feedback better.
Select Submit.
Share feedback through Slack
Check your email for an invitation to join the Atlassian Enterprise Slack workspace.
Accept the invitation and you will be automatically added to the EAP channels.
Introduce yourself in the channel and post your feedback.
You can also engage with other EAP participants and Atlassian experts for real-time support and collaboration.
