This is a known issue that occurs when the values of proxy-scheme and proxy-host are not defined. Therefore the config.xml will contain the following line:

<proxy-info proxy-host="" proxy-scheme=""/>

This behaviour has been reported and can be tracked at the following link:  CRUC-4697 - Getting issue details... STATUS

  1. Stop Fisheye/Crucible.
  2. Edit the FISHEYE_INST/config.xml file adding values to proxy-scheme and proxy-host. For example:

    <proxy-info proxy-host="" proxy-scheme="https"/>
  3. Restart Fisheye/Crucible
