Commit Graph is blank with IE
Symptoms
When using IE8, the Commit Graph is blank with the following javascript error:

Diagnosis
The Commit Graph works with Firefox and Google Chrome
Cause
The IE8 browser has enabled Compatibility Mode which will render the page like IE7. However, IE7 is not supported in Fisheye.
Resolution
Disable the Compatibility Mode in IE8
