Symptoms

The following appears on the FeCru Logs:

WARN  [btpool0-2051 ] fisheye.app LoginServlet-login - error checking password com.cenqua.fisheye.rep.DbException: User named "user_a" already exists.

Cause

Some users may have mixed case usernames and they are probably using the wrong name (e.g: User_A).

Resolution

You should be Forcing Imported Usernames to be Lowercase. That way you will prevent users from using the wrong name.
