Symptoms

When trying to add the Fisheye license via the setup wizard, it fails with "This license can not be decoded." onscreen error.

Cause

The license key is invalid or instead of the license key, the SEN is being used in it's place.


Resolution

Add your Fisheye license key from https://support.atlassian.com/product to this screen and confirm that the license key is valid.
