To login to Fisheye administration without manually key-in password everytime, the following URL can be used:-

http://<your_url>/admin/login.do?adminPassword=<your_password>

Replace the <your_url> with your Fisheye instance URL and <your_password> with the Fisheye admin password. Upon replacing the parameters for the URL above, visit the URL using your browser and you should be automatically logged into Fisheye administration page.
