Symptoms

When manually testing the JSVN, the following appears in the command line after running the command:

The system cannot find the path specified

Error: Could not find or load main class org.tmatesoft.svn.cli.SVN

Cause

This is caused by the {{JAVA_HOME}} environment variable not being set.

Resolution

Set the appropriate JAVA_HOME for your system:
