Navigate to your service desk project
If you're working only in Jira Service Desk, you should be taken straight to the project you're invited to join. But, if you've been added to multiple projects, or if your admin gave you access to other Atlassian cloud apps, you may need to find your way around first.
From the sidebar, select Projects to see a list of projects that you're invited to. You should recognize the service desk team you're part of. Select it from the list to see your workspace.
Jira remembers the project you last worked in. If you work on only one project, you shouldn't need to make this selection again.
If you work on a team that thinks of access as "open by default" (like ours!), you might see a whole heap of projects listed here. Check with your project administrator to find out which service desk you're expected to work on. You can grab your project administrator's name from the invite email.
