Administrators and authenticated users in Hipchat Data Center

User personal data stored by Hipchat Data Center is accessible to Administrators and Authenticated Users of Hipchat as described in Hipchat: Data Protection by design and by default.
The following document describes how to identify the specific people who are Administrators and Authenticated Users for your Hipchat Data Center instance.

Workarounds
Accessing the list of Authenticated users
- Log in to your Hipchat instance.
- Click People.
In Hipchat Data Center, this will be in the left navigation column. In Hipchat Server, this will be a tab at the top left. - Use the search, alphabetical list, or pagination controls to navigate the list of authenticated users for your Hipchat instance.
Accessing the list of Administrators
- Log in to your Hipchat Data Center Instance
- Click People.
In Hipchat Data Center, this will be in the left navigation column. In Hipchat Server, this will be a tab at the top left. - Click Show admins at the top right.
- Use the search, alphabetical list, or pagination controls to navigate the list of Administrators for your Hipchat instance.
