Problem
The following appears in your Hipchat client.
Diagnosis
Environment
- Hipchat Windows or Linux desktop app.
Diagnostic Steps
- Ensure all diagnostic steps have been taken as mentioned in Unable to sign in to the Hipchat desktop app.
Resolution
- Enable logging in Sending Windows/Linux Client Logs to Support
- Reproduce the error above, and send the logs over to Hipchat Support at support.atlassian.com for further assistance.
Log files can be found easily at Desktop by selecting Log to File (Desktop or home) for Windows
