Cannot integrate Hipchat Server with two (or multiple) Jira Server instances

Problem
You are unable to connect two Jira instances to Hipchat Server. When you connect one, the other one is un-linked/disconnected.
Cause
The two Jira Server instances you're trying to integrate with Hipchat Server have the same server ID. This could happen if one instance is a clone of the other so it will keep the same server ID.
Resolution
Change the server ID of one of the Jira instances and retry.
