Problem

You are unable to make calls on Hipchat mobile client and get the following message:

Diagnosis

Check your mobile specifications mainly the CPU info e.g. 64-bit octa-core CPU

Cause

Hipchat currently does not support calls for mobile device that runs on 64 bit chips. We may look into supporting this in future.
