Troubleshooting tip #1: apply configurations and restart services

The most simple fix may be to re-apply any config changes and restart all services to ensure they have picked up the settings.
- Take a snapshot of your Hipchat Server and export your Hipchat data to back it up.
Use the console or SSH to the server and run the following commands to audit all system configurations and restart services (this will disconnect any existing users):
hipchat upgrade --restart hipchat service --restart
