Insight 2.27 release notes
Implemented in version 2.27
- New post function to sends an email to user(s) from a selected object in an insight Custom Field. The user(s) will be fetched from a configured attribute of type "User" or "Default / Email". This is common in an approval process or when managers needs to be notified.
- New post function where you may increase or decrease an object attribute of default type Integer with a predefined value. A common scenario is to control number of assets in stock, or number of purchase etc. Read about Insight post functions here.
- New post function where you may set an object attribute with a predefined value. A common scenario is to set a new status of an object when some point of an approval process ha been reached. Place holders are supported. (From version 2.27.1)
- JQL function "objectType" is changed to only support one (1) argument, due to object schema name is not necessary. The JQL function "objectSchema" has no value and is removed. Go through any of your system filter to make sure they are updated.
- IQL in custom field configuration now supports the "in"-operator so you may filter on for example 'Status in ("In Stock", "Approved")'.
- Fixed a bug in referenced custom field in "inline edit" mode. All referenced custom fields are cleared when an Insight custom field are updated in inline edit mode, to make sure of consistency.
- Minor bugfixes and improvements.
