In Insight Version 2.5 we have implemented:

  • Multi Select on object attributes. You can choose cardinality (min and max) so you can manage the attributes to best suites your organization.
  • We have implemented some bulk actions like deleting objects and printing QR-codes.
  • We are now supporting "Multi Select" Insight customfields via the JIRA Service Desk portal.
  • Handle large data structures in the object details.
  • Some minor improvements and fixes!
If you are using the Insight REST-API you will need to update your request for the new version of the API if you are using the API for creating or updating objects/attributes. We have implemented multiple attribute value support and the API are a little bit changed. For more information about how to use the REST-API, please contact us so we can give you the information you need.
