In Jira Software version 7.3.0 combined with Jira Service Desk version 3.3.0, Insight validators might not function properly.

If you're affected, update both apps:

  • Jira Software from version 7.3.0 to 7.3.8
  • Jira Service Desk from version 3.3.0 to 3.5.2
