OS (Operating system issues)

We have received some reports for Insight for Atlassian Cloud that it does not work/load and sometimes gives error messages like

rlabs.insight.i18n.general.insightloading.1
rlabs.insight.i18n.general.insightloading.2

Our investigation has shown us that some Windows 10 versions are the root cause of this problems.

The following version is reported to be working well with Insight for Atlassian cloud Windows 10 1903 update

If you are using incognito mode, try to load the page in normal mode. Make sure that allow third-party cookies option in your browser is on ? (I.e The block third party cookies and site data flag is not ticked)

Browsers issues

Please try accessing Insight for Atlassian cloud from Firefox and/or Chrome.  

Microsoft Edge has been reported to cause Insight not to load
