When selecting a custom hierarchy in the top configuration bar / filter

It disappears from the list

Instead of presenting the expected hierarchy level selection drop-down

Cause

The problem occurs if the following setting is set to "No"

Administration > Platform > Team > Manage Organizations

You need to change the "Manage Organizations" toggle to "Yes" (under Administration > SETTINGS> Platform > Team tab) to set the ability to filter by custom hierarchy/organization structure in the "Tier1/Configuration bar".

Solution

In order to filter by custom hierarchy, this setting must be set to "Yes"
