How do I get the app?
Find the app on the Atlassian Marketplace at go.atlassian.com/jiracrm. This can only be done by an administrator of the Jira Cloud site.
How do I set up a connection to my CRM?
Just note that this can only be done by a project administrator.
- Install the app via the Atlassian Marketplace
- In your Jira Cloud project, select Settings (
- Select CRM integration
- If this is your first CRM integration, choose the CRM you want to connect to, then Continue
- Enter your credentials in the authentication dialog
Once you see the CRM settings page, you've successfully made the connection!
How do I choose what info displays on my Jira issues?
After you set up the CRM connection, you can choose the fields and objects you want to display.
Which fields and objects do you support?
How do you match contacts, accounts, and leads?
We match the reporter's email address to the Contact or Lead email address in the CRM. If we don't find a match, you can manually match a Jira reporter to a CRM contact by clicking Link.
If I manually attach contacts, will they auto-match in the future?
Yes! When you manually link a Jira reporter to a CRM contact, the Jira issues the contact creates in the future are automatically mapped.
Can I unmatch a contact?
Yes. Click Detach (X).
How do I uninstall the app?
To uninstall apps, go to Jira settings > Add-ons.
How much is this app?
Completely free! You just need a valid license for Jira and your CRM.
Can we connect to a CRM you don't support?
