When trying to bulk edit issues, you will run into the following Not Found (404) error with no relevant logs displayed:


The Bulk Change global permission is assigned to a group that has been deleted and can no longer be referenced. When you try to view the group you receive the error below:


Perform the following steps below to re-associate a group to the Bulk Change global permission:
