Problem

When trying to access JIRA permission scheme page like <JIRA Base URL>/secure/admin/ViewPermissionSchemes.jspa

An error will appear on the web page with error below

Diagnosis

Check whether the plugin the SOY plugin is enabled by following the steps below:

  1. Navigate to Administration > Add-ons > Manage Add-ons.
  2. Change the category to "All Add-ons"
  3. Search for SOY.

Cause

The plugin below is disabled:

Soy Function Plugin
Version: 1.0
Vendor: Atlassian
Add-on key: com.atlassian.jira.plugin.system.soyfunction

Resolution

Enable the Plugin back and check for effect.
