Agile reports data mismatch after migration

Problem
After migrating JIRA, the reports in Agile is showing wrong data to compare with the previous origin JIRA
No error can be trace from the logs
Diagnosis
Environment
Migration from one server to another
Cause
This is cause by timezone configuration.
Eventhough JIRA is told to use UTC, but timezones in /etc/timezone was different.
Resolution
Ensure that the timezone in /etc/timezone (linux) are similar with the origin JIRA
