Agile throws the error "Uncaught Error: Error calling method on NPObject"
Symptoms
The following appears in the atlassian-jira.log and in the error screen in Agile:
Exception: Uncaught Error: Error calling method on NPObject.
Resource: http://gl2sv4:8080/secure/RapidBoard.jspa?rapidView=3

Cause
There is an incompatible Add-On in the browser (usually Google Chrome).
Resolution
Enter the browser in the Incognito Mode and confirm that the problem no longer occurs. After this, start disabling your Add-Ons to find which one is causing the error.
