Summary

Have a Global Automation rule doing an action to a project based on the status on the second automation rule and the second automation rule transitions the issue to a status when a comment in made. The second rule runs fine, but when the issue is transitioned to the status, the first automation rule does not kick in.

If you want a Global Automation rule to be triggered based on other actions, you need to explicitly enable the option under the rule details below for the Global Automation rule.

"Check to allow other rule actions to trigger this rule. Only enable this if you need this rule to execute in response to another rule"

This will help the Global Automation rule to trigger based on other rules.
