Body message is duplicated in approve email notifications

The body or email notification content in approval message gets duplicated as shown below.

Applicable to all the JIRA Version
Diagnosis
Create a sample new application and setup up a simple approval to check if it duplicated by native JIRA
Check if you have any custom configuration from the application on postfunction added by custom plugin etc
Test the issue in Safe mode
Cause
There could be a postfunction provided by any custom app to generate an additional email event under transition in addition to the default functionality in JIRA to trigger an email notification event. e.g Xporter provided a postfunction to trigger an email notification
Solution
Resolution
Check the postfunction provided by any custom plugin to trigger email event and remove it to use JIRAs native functionality.
