Calendar 2016 doesn't show correct week information

Problem
When creating issue , at date picker fields , for example Due Date field , showing wrong week informations for 2016 calendar .
Diagnosis
Diagnostic Steps
- Create issue ticket.
- Filled a value using date picker , for example using Due Date field.
- The 2016 calendar displayed wrong week information as per screenshot :-
The 1st week of year 2016 should be starting from 4th January .
Cause
At Administration > System > Look and Feel page , Use ISO8601 standard in Date Picker is set as NO .
Resolution
Set Use ISO8601 standard in Date Picker is set as YES .
