Changing the forward address for the JIRA Mail Handler does not forward mail to specified address
After changing the Forward Address in an E-mail handler, no mails are forwarded to the new address.
The Email Handler only forwards emails which fail processing for any reason. If no messages have failed processing, there should be no messages forwarded.
If you need to duplicate messages that are processed by JIRA, please use your mail server to automatically forward the messages. JIRA does not offer a facility to automatically duplicate or forward these messages.
