Filter Issues Displayed in Red

Summary

When accessing the Filters > View all issues or opening a saved Filter, some issues are displayed in Red.

The Last public comment date and Days since last comment field and its behavior

This behavior happens when the custom field of the type Last public comment date or Days since last comment is added to the filter view.

This was implemented as a part of the following feature request:

By default, if a ticket has not been updated for more than 5 days, it will appear in the Filter view in Red.

If the issue is not updated for some weeks, it might show up in Bold red color.

Remove the field from the Issue Navigator column

To resolve the issue, remove the custom field of the type Last comment public date and/or Days since last comment from the filter. 

  1. Click Filters and select View all Issues.
  2. Click Columns and uncheck the custom field (Last public comment date and/or Days since last comment):



  3. Post deselecting the option all tickets will be displayed in default view.
