Problem

Currently there is no UI option to disable the Service Management Menu option. To remove this from menu, you'll need to disable the module of the Service Management Plugin so that it no longer shows up. This method will remove the menu option for all users.

Workaround

• disable the servicedesk-section module that is part of the Service Management Add-on.

• To do that, you'll go to Manage Add-ons in Jira, and expand the modules for the Jira Service Management Add-on. Next, locate the servicedesk-section module and click the Disable button.
