How to add Jira ticket link in the description of Opsgenie alerts

Summary
When a ticket is created in Jira Service Management creates, a corresponding alert is created in Opsgenie. This article ideally assists alert responder to see the Jira ticket link at the top of the alert description field so that when an alert responder sees the alert, the responder can quickly go to and work on the Jira ticket.
Environment
Jira Service Management Cloud With OpsGenie.
Solution
If you are using the JSM cloud integration:
- Navigate to Jira Service Management cloud Integration > Incoming automation rules > Create Alert > Go over (...) > Click Edit.
- For the Description field enter the below URL then click on Save and enable:
https://site_name.atlassian.net/browse/{{key}}
- Below URL should be reflected in the Description field of the alert:
OR If you are using the JSM legacy integration:
Note this tab is only available on the OpsGenie standalone Standard and Enterprise plans, or the Jira Service Management OpsGenie Premium and Enterprise subscription.
- Navigate to Jira Service Management legacy Integration > Create Alert.
- For the Description field enter the below URL then click on Save Integration:
