How to Change the Sender's Name of the Service Management Notifications

Purpose
The sender of the Service Management notifications for a given project seems to be the same as the project's name. However, changing the project name doesn't reflect on the emails. In some use cases, we'd like to have a more generic name of the email sender.
Environment
Jira Service Management Server/Data Center on any version from 4.0.0.
Solution
The sender's name is actually the name of the Customer Portal which can be customized via the setting Project settings > Portal settings > Name.
For example:
- If the Name setting of the Portal Settings page is set to SDBASIC in a givenService Management project:
- The name SDBASIC will be used as the Sender of the Customer Notification emails sent from this project:
